Music plays a big role in immersing the player with the surrounding environment of the game. The Hytale team has shared 5 of (unknown) of the songs from the Howling Sands (or zone 2). Which are Night on the Dunes, Gaia's Lament, Canyon of the Many Suns, Ancient Tombs, and the song found in art time-lapse of zone 2 [all of which can be found on Hytale's youtube and in the media section of the official Hytale website].
# Description
The Howling Sands is a dry place. Scarce of water and no grass, the Howling Sands is an expanse of desert. Large sand temples are present in the Howling Sands. Underground there are crawling caves made from sandstone rather than stone. The Howling Sands is also one of the three zones you can pick to start your adventure the other two being Emerald Grove and Borea.
# Inhabitants
In the Howling Sands you can find: Scaraks, Scarak Larvas, The Scarak Broodmother , Scarak Warriors, Scarak Workers, Scarak Tank and Scarak Locusts in the Scarak Hive. Anywhere else you can find Cactees, Gazelles, Horses, Saber Tooth Tigers, Sand Skeleton Warriors, Void Spawns, Rattlesnakes and don't forget the peaceful Ferans and Meerkats.
